1How can I register for a free demo class?

You can fill in the registration form here: Registration Form. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Our team will contact you to confirm the time and date for the demo class, considering the mutual availability of the student and the teacher.

2Who are some of your past students?

Our services have positively impacted over 500 students from more than 10 countries, primarily in the Middle East. We take pride in fostering an inclusive learning environment that caters to a diverse student body.

3What device do I use for distance learning?

Students can use a laptop, desktop, smartphone, or tablet for distance learning. A laptop or desktop is ideal due to its larger screen size and better quality.

4What equipment do I need to take classes?

You will need:

  • A computer running Windows or Mac operating system with Zoom.
  • Broadband internet access (the faster, the better).
  • A headset for better audio quality.
5How often should my child have lessons?

On average, students attend 2-3 classes per week for each subject. This frequency may increase as exams approach. Regular lessons scheduled at the same times each week ensure availability and commitment to studies.

6What resources and support will be available through the portal?

The Online Tuitions Portal will provide access to various features, including:

  1. Timetable: Stay organized with a detailed class schedule and easy access to join sessions.
  2. Resources: Find subject notes, class recordings, assignments, past papers, eBooks, and more, all in one place.
  3. Assignments: Submit assignments seamlessly and track progress with due dates and scores.
  4. Tests: View assessment results, including scores, highest class percentages, and grades.
  5. Attendance: Monitor your attendance in live classes to stay engaged.
  6. Checked Scripts: Review your corrected scripts to learn from feedback.
  7. Teacher Assistant: Book one-on-one sessions for tailored support and guidance.
  8. Financials: Access your financial ledger, view payment history, and check fee status.
  9. Student Counselling Sessions: Schedule sessions for personalized academic and emotional support.
7How frequent are tests conducted?

On average, we aim to hold 1-2 tests per month. These tests help students demonstrate their understanding and identify areas needing further attention. The results enable our teachers to provide personalized support and guidance.

9How do you provide individual attention to students?

We offer a Teacher Assistant service to support students better. This service helps students get quick and effective help with their questions, aiding them in excelling in their exams. Students can send their challenging questions to the exam department's contact number (+92 320 2076670) and expect a response within 24 hours. Additionally, students can schedule One-to-One Individual Sessions with the Teacher Assistant for a more detailed explanation of difficult concepts. 10What payment options are available for the monthly fee?
